They wait until something goes wrong to come onsite and they do not offer any type of preventive maintenance to improve things or help reduce unnecessary downtime. REMOTE MANAGEMENT

Remote Management means securely monitoring all aspects of your network every minute of every day. We can monitor connectivity, disk usage, data backup, virus software, desktops, printers and more:

Ø      24x7 monitoring - someone always knows what is happening on your network

Ø      Notification when a warning or threshold has passed

Ø      Current & historical status of the network

Levels of service:

1)      Monitoring only—No predetermined support responses. The status is monitored at the help desk and given in reports. This is for non-business critical applications and services.
2)  Business hour + req. authorization—If failure occurs during 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F we will call to inform your company and will not start working on the problem without authorization.
3)  Business hour + Managed Service—If failure occurs during 8:30am - 5:30pm M-F we will begin working on the resolution immediately.
4)  24x7 + Managed Service—If failure occurs (at anytime) we will begin working on the resolution immediately.

HELP DESK

Help desk provides support services over the phone where an onsite visit by an IT manager is not required. Many common issues can be resolved immediately using our remote desktop interface tool. Help desk is available between 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F giving you immediate access to qualified engineers. Help desk also monitors your network remotely, tracks all support calls, has access to historical activity reports and documents all issues and correspondence with your company.

SAME DAY RESPONSE

Our clients receive same day onsite service during business hours. This ensures that downtime will be minimized.

24/7/365

Our clients have access to our services 24x7x365. When service is required after-hours, call our phone number and leave a voicemail. We will call back to begin problem resolution process remotely.
