will not start working on the problem without authorization.
3) Business hour + Managed Service—If failure occurs during
8:30am - 5:30pm M-F we will begin working on the resolution

will begin working on the resolution immediately.
HELP DESK
Help desk provides support services over the
phone where an onsite visit by an IT manager is not required. Many
common issues can be resolved immediately using our remote desktop
interface tool. Help desk is available between 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F
giving you immediate access to qualified engineers. Help desk also
monitors your network remotely, tracks all support calls, has access
to historical activity reports and documents all issues and
correspondence with your company.
